Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of medicine. It aims to preserve health and wellness by keeping the mind, body, and spirit in balance and preventing disease rather than treating it. To do so, it employs a holistic approach that combines diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes.Ayurveda is considered by many scholars to be the oldest healing science. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.” Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture and was taught for many thousands of years in an oral tradition from accomplished masters to their disciples. Some of this knowledge was set to print a few thousand years ago, but much of it is inaccessible. The principles of many of the natural healing systems now familiar in the West have their roots in Ayurveda, including Homeopathy and Polarity Therapy.

 This is what children need for a healthy body.
     Get up regularly every morning. Regular brushing and bathing. Exercise regularly. Wash hands with soap after shaving action. Eat fruits only after cleaning them with water. Avoid taking items sold in Larry Galla. Drink boiled water. Eat more green vegetables. Must brush teeth before going to bed at night. Going to bed on time at night.

Eating a diet that sustains the body.
Doing different types of exercises.
To do asanas like Kapalbhati, Anulom-Vilom.

All family members please note:

01. Should not be empty stomach.
02. Do not fast.
03. One hour of sunshine
04. Do not use AC.
05. Drink warm water, keep the throat wet.
06. Apply mustard oil in the nose.
07. Google to burn incense in homemade camphor.
08. Put half a teaspoon of ginger in each vegetable.
09. Use cinnamon.
10. Drink half a teaspoon of turmeric in a cup of milk.
11. If possible, eat a teaspoon of chewing gum.
12. Add camphor and cloves to the house and incense.
13. Drink cloves in tea in the morning.
14. Use only oranges in fruits.
15. Amla should be eaten in any form of pickles, jams, powders etc.
