📑કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહ મંત્રાલય દ્વારા અનલોક-5ની ગાઇડલાઇન જાહેર કરવામાં આવી છે. જેમાં થિયેટર, સ્વીમીંગ પૂલને ખોલવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવી છે.

Unlock 5 guidelines: Theatres allowed from Oct 15 with 50% capacity; states to decide on opening of schools

• allowing reopening of cinema halls and entertainment parks from October 15 with 50% capacity.
• In a statement, the home ministry said that swimming pools will also be allowed to reopen for training of sportspersons.
• "Cinemas/ theatres/ multiplexes will be permitted to open with up to 50% of their seating capacity, for which, SOP will be issued by ministry of Information & Broadcasting," the MHA said.
• It said that states and UTs have been given the flexibility to take a decision on re-opening of schools and coaching institutions in a graded manner after October 15.
• The lockdown in containment zones will stay in force till October 31.

The Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday extended nationwide Covid-19 lockdown to 31 October, but released a set of fresh guidelines under its Unlock 5 plans to kickstart the economy with a bevy of additional relaxations

 These guidelines will be effective from 1 October till the end of the month. Most of the services including metro rail, gymnasiums, religious place, were already resumed in the fourth phase of the Unlock.

The decision shall be taken in consultation with the respective school/ institution management, based on their assessment of the situation, and subject to the following conditions:

Department of Higher Education (DHE), Ministry of Education may take a decision on the timing of the opening of Colleges/ Higher Education Institutions, in consultation with Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), based on the assessment of the situation. Online/ distance learning shall continue to be the preferred mode of teaching and shall be encouraged.

However, Higher Education Institutions only for research scholars (Ph.D) and post-graduate students in science and technology stream requiring laboratory/ experimental works will be permitted to open from 15th October, 2020, as under:
